Mary Tibbetts is a keynote speaker, corporate wellness strategist, and founder of the MS Nation Community Foundation. She speaks on the things most people are quietly thinking but haven’t given themselves permission to say out loud — burnout, boundaries, the second half of life, wellness, and what it actually looks like to say yes to what you want and no to what you don’t.

With more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, Mary built and ran an award-winning floral and event business while raising a family, showing up for everyone around her, and quietly running herself into the ground. In 2024, after years of chronic stress and pushing through, her life shifted dramatically when she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. It didn’t slow her down it woke her up. That experience completely reframed the way she thinks about wellness, success, resilience, and what it means to live your life instead of just manage it.

Today, Mary combines lived experience with professional training as a corporate wellness strategist to help individuals and organizations build healthier, more sustainable ways of working and living. Whether she’s on a keynote stage or leading a workshop, she’s talking about energy, boundaries, burnout prevention, and the courage it takes to choose yourself especially in the second phase of life when the rules you’ve been playing by stop working.

Mary is also the founder of the MS Nation Community Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to practical support, connection, and wellness programming for people and families living with Multiple Sclerosis.

Audiences connect with Mary because she’s real. She’s funny. She’s been through it. And she has a way of turning the conversations people have been avoiding into the ones that actually change something.
