Ally Stone was an incredibly engaging presenter and a pleasure to host at the Spark Women’s Leadership Conference.  Her messaging surrounding authentic leadership and using this strategy to generate positive, effective teams was powerful, relevant, and attainable. Her easy, personable presentation style and approachable manner truly engaged the audience and created a comfortable, safe space to speak up and share ideas.  Ally embodies authentic leadership and demonstrates that leading with transparency, vulnerability, and passion creates an environment of engagement, trust and ultimately, productivity.  I would not hesitate to recommend Ally to any organisation looking to guide their leaders to the next level of success.

I’ve attended several of Ally’s talks on culture, leadership. I always leave her keynotes completely inspired and ready to make a bigger difference in the lives of the people I lead and work with. She does this through motivating change and providing actionable strategies that I can apply in my own leadership and business. She is an artful storyteller who tells compelling narratives that inspire, remind me of why I do the work I do, instill belief in myself and others, and reinforce the impact I can have through my work. Ally’s true calling is to inspire and motivate folks from different walks of life. I attended a masterclass on leadership she was facilitating a few years back where she shared her personal stories of success (10+ successful restaurants) with personal challenges. Her self-awareness from those situations allows her to educate people on strategies to become successful in their journey’s. Her engaging manner had me walking away from the two day course feeling inspired, motivated and ready to tackle the world!

Our staff and doctors very much enjoyed the presentation “Creating a Team Culture”. Ally presents this workshop in a very authentic, clear, and energized manner. The content is focused and I believe it will help us to elevate our team culture to an even higher level than it already is.
