Rachel Macklin is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Corporate group in Edmonton, where she advises businesses on the legal aspects of growth, transactions, governance, and risk management. She regularly assists clients with share and asset acquisitions, commercial agreements and corporate governance matters, with a focus on delivering practical, business-oriented solutions. Rachel also has experience in privacy law, advising organizations on regulatory compliance, breach response, and privacy policies and procedures. Her in-house experience at a major utility company gives her an understanding of how legal advice lands on the business side, and she brings that perspective to every file.
