Gillian Verhey is the founder of Awaken Past Life Regression and a certified Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner devoted to creating transformational spaces for deep healing, self discovery, and soul connection.

Her work is rooted in the belief that healing begins when we reconnect with our inner wisdom, remembering who we truly are, releasing what no longer serves us, and embracing the path we are here to walk.

As a retreat facilitator, Gillian guides immersive experiences designed to support personal transformation, spiritual awakening, and deep restoration. Through guided practices, soulful exploration, meditation, energy work, and intentional reflection, she creates a space where participants can reconnect with themselves, access deeper clarity, and experience meaningful shifts.
