Meet Your Emcee: Kate Santo

Back for her third year as the official ringleader of Inspire & Awaken, Kate Santo is proof that no event is complete without a little chaos, a lot of laughter, and at least one questionable wardrobe choice. (If you were here last year, you may remember her custom outfit featuring Ally’s face plastered across her shirt… and yes, the back of her pants.) Kate Santo has become a fan favourite for her quick wit, infectious energy, and ability to keep things moving while keeping everyone laughing.

Kate is the Executive Administrative Liaison for The Inspired Leader, Founder of Santo Creative, a social media management and design company, and co-owner of El Mero Mero Taqueria alongside her husband. As a passionate community builder, giving back is something she cares deeply about. Through El Mero Mero, Kate and her husband have donated more than $50,000 to local charities, fundraisers, and community initiatives since opening, supporting causes that make a meaningful impact across the Edmonton region.

When she’s not running businesses, creating content, supporting leaders, or planning events, she’s busy raising two kids and caring for her small zoo.

Known for bringing equal parts heart, humour, and organized chaos to everything she touches, Kate has become an unforgettable part of the Inspire & Awaken experience. At this point, Inspire & Awaken without Kate would be like tacos without salsa. Technically possible, but definitely not as fun.
