Escape to the serene shores of Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa, a sanctuary where the rhythm of the ocean meets the art of well-being. Co-facilitated by Ally Stone and Gillian Verhey, this immersive experience is designed for the woman who gives so much of herself to everyone else and is finally ready to reconnect with her own centre. Together, Ally and Gillian bring a unique blend of grounded personal leadership, mindfulness, meditation, and heart-centred practices to guide you back to yourself.

Over the course of three days, you’ll reconnect with your inner wisdom, nourish your mind and body, and leave feeling restored, aligned, and renewed.

Ally Stone

The Inspired Leader

Ally Stone is a national voice in heart-centered leadership and the founder of The Inspired Leader, a platform dedicated to bringing humanity back into the way we live and lead. With nearly two decades of experience coaching executives and teams across North America, Ally is known for her ability to blend emotional intelligence, leadership strategy, and well-being in a way that creates real, lasting change.

She is a Certified HeartMath Resilience Mentor and Meditation Teacher with extensive training in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and Polyvagal Theory – training that grounds her work in both science and lived experience.

Her approach is rooted in one core belief: when women are well, everything in their lives elevates. Their leadership grows. Their relationships deepen. Their presence strengthens. They make decisions from clarity instead of pressure. They live in alignment with who they truly are. This is why Ally leads wellness retreats. Because well-being isn’t separate from leadership, it is the foundation for how we lead, live, love, and move through the world.

Every retreat she facilitates is intentionally designed to reconnect women with their inner steadiness, their intuition, and the authenticity that often gets buried under responsibility and pace. At this retreat, Ally will guide you through practices that support deep restoration, emotional clarity, and nervous system alignment. Gillian Verhey

Yoga Teacher & Spiritual Guide

Gillian Verhey is a spiritual guide, yoga teacher, and vibrational healer dedicated to helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom, presence, and natural state of balance. Her journey into healing and self-discovery began on the yoga mat, where she first experienced the profound power of breath, stillness, and embodiment. What started as physical healing quickly became a deeper calling, leading her to become a certified yoga teacher in 2011 with training in Sivananda Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.

Deeply passionate about the mind–body connection, Gillian expanded her work into Vibrational Healing and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). Through her company, Awaken Past Life Regression, she supports women in exploring their inner landscape, releasing old patterns, and opening space for greater clarity and self-trust.

At this retreat, Gillian will guide you through gentle yet powerful practices that help release tension, restore harmony in the body, and create a deeper sense of connection to yourself. Whether through yoga, vibrational healing, meditation, or mindfulness, her approach is rooted in compassion, intuition, and spiritual alignment.

✔ Taking a peaceful walk along the water to reconnect with your breath and body
✔ Wandering through the Pacific Garden, a peaceful outdoor sanctuary with fountains, fireplaces, and cozy spaces for reflection

Day 2
Renew & Reconnect

This day is devoted to deep renewal, personal reflection, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that often get lost in the pace of daily life.

✔ Begin your morning with gentle grounding practices, movement, breathwork, or meditation, easing your body awake and setting a calm, intentional tone for the day ahead.

✔ Enjoy thoughtfully prepared meals designed to nourish and sustain you, paired with meaningful conversation and quiet moments of presence.

✔ Throughout the day, immerse yourself in restorative experiences that support emotional clarity, nervous system balance, and inner steadiness. These will include HeartMath sessions, guided meditation, reflective journaling, and other wellness experiences designed to help you reconnect with your centre.

✔ Immerse yourself in the Pacific Mist Hydropath: cascading water, sculpted caves, and therapeutic warmth designed to restore you.

This retreat is designed for women who are craving rest, renewal, and deep personal transformation. If you feel exhausted from always giving to others, if you love luxury and meaningful self-care, or if you’re looking for a space to reconnect with yourself—this is for you.

Your investment covers:

Flights and transportation to and from the resort are not included. If you are traveling solo, you must book a single occupancy room, as we will not be pairing guests. If you’re traveling with a friend, please specify your companion’s name when booking double occupancy.

Your Pacific Mist Hydropath® experience is included, but if you’d like to book additional spa treatments or personal services during your stay, those can be arranged at an additional cost and are highly encouraged if you want to elevate your wellness experience.

Yes! In fact we encourage it.

If you’d like to extend your stay at Kingfisher, you can request additional nights at checkout. We will check availability with the resort on your behalf. While extensions are usually possible, they are dependent on hotel availability at the time of request.

The closest airport is Comox Airport (YQQ) on Vancouver Island. It’s a small, easy-to-navigate airport located approximately 20 minutes from Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa.

Car rentals and taxis are available at the airport, and the scenic drive to the resort is along the coastline.

Due to the exclusive nature of this retreat, all bookings are non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend, your spot may be transferred to another guest (pending approval by Kingfisher).

A full packing list will be provided upon registration, but here are a few essentials:
