Inspire & Awaken was born from the belief that we shouldn’t have to carry it all alone, that leadership can feel lighter when it’s rooted in truth, courage, and connection.

Our venue is fully accessible, with elevators, ramps and accessible washrooms.
If you have specific needs or accommodations, please reach out after registering, we are happy to support you.

Will there be movement or wellness elements?
Yes, but nothing intense or high-impact.
Throughout the day, there will be opportunities for gentle movement, breathwork, and grounding practices to help you stay energized and embodied. Everything is optional, and you are always welcome to participate in a way that feels good for you.
