Gillian Verhey – Yoga Teacher, & Spiritual Guide
Gillian Verhey is a spiritual guide, yoga teacher, and vibrational healer dedicated to helping women reconnect with their inner wisdom, presence, and Divine essence. Her journey into healing and self-discovery began on the yoga mat, where she first experienced the profound power of presence. What started as a path to physical healing soon became a sacred calling—leading her to become a certified yoga teacher in 2011, specializing in Sivananda Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.
Deeply passionate about energetic healing and the mind-body connection, Gillian expanded her practice into Vibrational Healing and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), inspired by the transformative work of Dolores Cannon. Through her company, Awaken Past Life Regression, she helps others explore their soul’s journey, heal past wounds, and awaken to their highest potential.
